Away for a bit

Just to let you know that I will be away for a couple of weeks.  No posts from me, nor will I have the chance to visit any posts either.  Sadly we have an unexpected trip back to the UK for a family funeral.

Meanwhile here are a few photos of my bluebells in the garden at the moment.

My Snowball Viburnum bush is just coming into flower; I hope it hangs on, so I can see it in its full glory on our return.

The 'black' tulip eventually (see bud in a former post) braved a couple of 'sort of sunny' days which we had, but could have looked more cheerful. The heavy rain and storms we have had in the last 3  weeks weren't good for delicate blooms!!

See you all in a couple of weeks.
